TORONTO, ON – GhanaFest Toronto is proud to officially announce that internationally acclaimed Afro-Dancehall superstar Samini will headline GhanaFest Toronto 2026, performing live from Ghana at one of Canada’s largest celebrations of Ghanaian culture and heritage.
Taking place on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Earl Bales Park in Toronto, this year’s festival promises an unforgettable experience featuring world-class entertainment, authentic Ghanaian cuisine, cultural performances, arts, fashion, family activities, and community engagement. Admission is FREE for everyone.
For more than a decade, GhanaFest Toronto has brought together thousands of attendees from across Canada and beyond to celebrate the rich traditions, music, food, and entrepreneurial spirit of Ghana while strengthening multicultural connections within the Greater Toronto Area.
The announcement of Samini as the festival’s official headliner marks one of the most exciting moments in the event’s history. Renowned for his energetic live performances and an award-winning career spanning more than two decades, Samini will deliver an unforgettable concert that is expected to attract audiences from across North America.
